Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a vital imaging role that prioritizes excellence in MRI technology and patient care. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks, providing a dynamic environment for skilled MRI Technologists dedicated to quality diagnostics and compassionate service. Schedule:
13-week assignment Day shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts
Hours:
7:00am - 3:30pm
Qualifications:
Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI [ARRT(MR)] Active BLS certification Valid ODH License Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and associated imaging software Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Prior experience as an MRI Technologist preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders Review images for accuracy and quality assurance before forwarding to radiologists Maintain patient records and document procedures in accordance with regulatory standards Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and monitoring for contraindications Communicate procedure details and respond to patient questions or concerns Collaborate effectively with radiology team and other departments for coordinated patient care
