Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Advance your radiologic technologist career by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in various clinical areas such as outpatient, inpatient, Emergency Department, portable imaging, fluoroscopy, and support for surgical/OR procedures. Engage in meaningful patient care while broadening your skill set with comprehensive orientation and exposure to diverse imaging needs.
Schedule:
Rotating shifts including 10:30am-7:00pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 5:30pm-1:00am, and 11:00pm-7:00am Every other weekend: 8:30am-5:00pm Flexibility for holiday coverage required
Requirements:
BLS certification Active ARRT credentials Valid Ohio Radiologic Technologist license Previous hospital experience in X-ray and portable imaging preferred Ability to work efficiently within fast-paced acute care settings Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray exams for outpatients, inpatients, and emergency cases Operate imaging equipment, including portables and fluoroscopy units Assist in surgical and operating room imaging, as needed Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiology standards Document imaging procedures accurately within electronic medical records Provide compassionate patient interactions across varying acuity levels
