Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding imaging role focused on delivering high-quality care within a dynamic Trauma Level 1 hospital setting. Seeking a skilled X-ray Technologist/Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work hands-on with both adult and pediatric trauma patients and utilize leading imaging technologies to support critical clinical decisions.
Schedule:
4 shifts per week, 10-hour nights 9:30 pm - 8:00 am Every other weekend Specific days to be determined during the interview process
Qualifications:
Current, valid certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Prior experience in a Trauma Level 1 facility (adults and pediatrics) Proficiency with EPIC, GE, Carestream, 9900 OEC's, and Philips imaging platforms Exceptional attention to detail when imaging urgent and emergent cases Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging for trauma, emergency, and routine inpatient/outpatient cases Follow imaging protocols and adhere to all hospital safety standards Collaborate closely with radiologists, ER staff, and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Ensure accurate, timely documentation and proper patient positioning Maintain, troubleshoot, and operate multiple advanced imaging systems
