Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity available for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging—specifically CT. This contract position calls for a detail-oriented individual ready to deliver high-quality care and accurate imaging services.
Responsibilities include:
Performing CT scans following prescribed protocols and physician orders Preparing and positioning patients for procedures while ensuring safety and comfort Operating and maintaining CT imaging equipment, troubleshooting as needed Accurately documenting and archiving images for interpretation Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhering strictly to infection control, radiation safety, and other regulatory standards Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Desired qualifications: Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent) Proven experience in a clinical CT imaging setting Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient care Knowledge of current imaging best practices and regulatory compliance CPR/BLS certification preferred Must be well-organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment This role offers the chance to contribute valuable CT imaging expertise to a dynamic healthcare setting, ensuring excellence in patient diagnostic care.
