Childers@okstate.edu Work Schedule Monday - Friday; usually 8 hour shifts during the day Appointment Length Regular Continuous/Until Further Notice Hiring Range $ Hourly Priority Application Date While applications will be accepted until a successful candidate has been hired, interested parties are encouraged to submit their materials by to ensure full consideration. About this Position The MRI Technologist will perform standard clinical and advanced research magnetic resonance imaging. These responsibilities include patient assistance and positioning in the scanner, and collection of imaging data according to standard protocols both with and without MR contrast agents. Required Qualifications Vocational/Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Experience with operation of MR scanner and peripheral instrumentation (e.g., contrast injector, GFR measurement, etc.) At least 5 years' experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical diagnostic imaging Certifications, Registrations, and/or
Licenses:
Certified and Registered in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from either ARRT or ARMRIT. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
Knowledge:
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills in English Experience with pediatric imaging, as the Center will have a particular focus on research imaging in infants and children Experience with a Siemens platform is preferable. More than 7 years' experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical diagnostic imaging Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
Knowledge:
