Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

Upon hire:

Oregon Radiographer License.

Upon hire:

National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association.

Upon hire:

National Registered Technologist

• Radiography
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Within 6 months (180 days) of hire National Registered Technologist
• Mammography.
