As an MRI Technologist you will be responsible for operating a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies and train additional MRI staff. Primary Responsibilities Selects appropriate imaging techniques via operator's console and peripheral hardware Maintains a safe working environment for patients and staff Enters and monitors patient data Image exams in a way as to accurately demonstrate required patient anatomy Trains additional MRI staff and MRI support staff Maintains up to date knowledge of MRI procedures and protocols Assists receptionist in scheduling patient exams as needed You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
