This dual-role position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care while performing both medical assisting and limited diagnostic X-ray services in support of our physicians and advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate is a team oriented healthcare professional who thrives in a fast paced sports medicine environment. This individual will assist with diagnostic imaging while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism. Limited X-Ray Responsibilities Operate X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images of specific body parts, following physician orders and safety standards Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols during Diagnostic Xray. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of diagnostic Xray. Provide patient education regarding the imaging process and any necessary preparations. Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of medical imaging. Stay current with advancements in medical office radiologic technology and participate in ongoing professional development Support diagnostic evaluation processes by providing high-quality images for accurate interpretation by radiologists or physicians
