Regenerative Orthopedic Center (ROC) is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our growing orthopedic practice. This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic x-rays while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Perform digital x-rays as ordered by physicians and physician assistants Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and consideration of physical limitations Produce high-quality radiographic images in a timely and efficient manner Apply appropriate radiation safety and protection standards for patients and staff Adjust imaging equipment to achieve optimal image quality Document examinations, views, and charges accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Maintain x-ray rooms, equipment, and cassettes, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning Manage x-ray documentation, including record requests, copying, importing, and exporting images Sanitize x-ray equipment and tables after each patient Perform opening and closing procedures for x-ray equipment as needed Support clinic safety, infection control, and risk-management standards Perform other duties as assigned based on clinic needs

Qualifications Required:

Current, valid Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) license Ability to maintain required continuing education credits Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiologic principles Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

Prior experience in an orthopedic or outpatient clinical setting Experience working with electronic medical records Working Conditions Fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic with direct patient interaction May be required to work at multiple clinic locations based on operational needs Frequent standing, walking, and assisting patients; occasional lifting of supplies Standard clinic hours with occasional schedule adjustments Use of EMR systems for documentation and scheduling Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement may be available Professional attire required (scrubs or clinic-approved attire) Compliance Expectations All ROC employees are expected to comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards. Completion of required compliance training and adherence to internal policies is a condition of employment. Employment Status Employment with Regenerative Orthopedic Center is at-will , meaning either the employee or ROC may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.
