Radiologic Technologist

We are looking for a Casual or Part Time Radiologic Technologist at Aestique Ambulatory Surgery Center in Greensburg, PA. The Radiologic Technologist would primarily be using a C-arm to perform Intraoperative fluoroscopy in a variety of Surgical Specialties, including: Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Orthopedics. Will be required to utilize knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique and patient care. Central to the success of this role is the ability to handle stressful situations in ways that promote positive outcomes. What You Will Do Imaging Procedures, Quality and Processing Positions patient to correct anatomical area of interest Performs Fluoro in the Operating Room throughout the procedure. Post-op X-rays Equipment Operation and Maintenance Adjusts technical factors Operates, cares for, and helps maintains equipment Assists with QA's and maintains records for equipment Professional Accountability and Partnership Maintains and enhances technical skills and technology advancement Performs any assignment deemed necessary by supervisor Works closely with the OR Staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• 1 year of Radiologic technologist experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Current Pennsylvania State Radiologic Technologist license
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse patients, students, staff and physicians
• Computer literate
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
