Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in patient care by utilizing your expertise in MRI imaging. A talented MRI Technologist is needed to assist in delivering high-quality diagnostic services. This contract position involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to produce accurate images that contribute to patient diagnoses and treatment planning.
Key Qualifications:
Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent required) Minimum of 1 year of recent MRI experience in a clinical setting In-depth knowledge of MRI procedures, protocols, and patient safety measures Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and related software Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably for procedures Operate and maintain MRI equipment according to established protocols Monitor patients during exams, responding to questions and concerns Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals Strictly adhere to safety standards, including screening for contraindications to MRI Maintain a clean and organized working environment
