Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Elevate your imaging career in a dynamic hospital environment where expertise in MRI is valued and rewarded. We are seeking an experienced MRI technologist for a 13-week contract role, specializing in a wide range of advanced modalities and devices. Contribute your skills overnight in a setting that emphasizes precision, patient care, and clinical excellence.
Schedule:
4 shifts per week, 10 hours each Nights, 9:00pm - 7:30am Rotating weekends
Qualifications:
Active BLS certification ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT credentials accepted Proficiency using Siemens MRI systems, specifically Siemens Aera 1.5 Advanced experience in neuro imaging, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal (MSK) MRI preferred Skilled in imaging patients with various implanted medical devices Strong technical acumen and ability to handle complex studies Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and accurate patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI examinations, delivering diagnostic images to support patient care Operate and troubleshoot Siemens Aera 1.5 MRI equipment Adapt imaging protocols for a range of studies including neuro, body, MSK, and angiography Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, especially with patients presenting with implanted devices Work collaboratively with nurses, radiologists, and referring clinicians for optimal workflow Demonstrate critical thinking and rapid decision-making during complex or emergent cases Maintain clear and accurate records, following all department procedures Benefit from a role that will deepen your experience with cutting-edge technology, challenge your clinical skills, and offer the satisfaction of impacting diagnostic care.
