This contract role offers you the flexibility to make a difference just two days a week in a school-based setting near Pawtucket. Skills and Licensure Requirements:

Active RI SLP license required RIDE certification (Rhode Island Department of Education) required Completion of or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is welcome ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings highly valued Teletherapy or virtual service delivery experience a plus SLPA credentials and experience in school or healthcare settings also considered

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary and/or secondary students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with IEP teams Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's unique needs, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families for holistic support
