Job Description

Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Contract A skilled professional is needed for a contract role specializing in imaging, with a focus on mammography. This position involves operating state-of-the-art Hologic equipment, providing essential diagnostic services for patients as part of a dedicated healthcare team.
Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment Four 10-hour day shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday No weekends or on-call required
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification ARRT(M) credential Active state license in RI Demonstrated experience with mammography procedures and equipment Previous experience with Hologic mammography systems preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of digital mammography using Hologic equipment Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times Adhere to imaging protocols and quality standards in line with regulatory requirements Accurately document and input exam information within electronic health records Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and other healthcare staff for optimal patient care Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area Troubleshoot and report any technical issues with imaging equipment promptly This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment and expand your experience with advanced imaging technology.
