This state‑of‑the‑art facility provides 24/7 emergency care to the growing Indian Land community and surrounding areas. As part of the team at our new Indian Land Free‑Standing ER, you will: Work in a newly constructed, modern emergency department equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology Provide prompt, compassionate care to patients with a wide range of emergent conditions Collaborate with experienced physicians, nurses, and support teams dedicated to excellence in emergency services Help establish workflows, culture, and best practices as part of a new location launch Make a meaningful impact in a rapidly growing community with increasing access to quality healthcare We are seeking Multimodality Tech who are committed to teamwork, clinical excellence, and serving our community. The purpose of this position is to provide Imaging examinations to patients of all ages. Technologists demonstrate a working knowledge in two or more modalities. Must maintain current competencies for exams and related equipment in two or more modalities. Proficient in routine protocols and positions patients correctly using appropriate technical skills. Technologists access the patient's condition, proficient in use of PACS, preparation of examination room, maintaining equipment and supplies. Technologists are required to maintain necessary patient records and participate in departmental Performance Improvement initiatives. Procedures are completed promptly, following policies. Transfers patient to exam table; ensures proper covering of patient according to policy and procedure. Arranges, attaches, or adjusts immobilization and support devices according to procedure, ensuring limitation of patient movement. Assesses patient's condition & determines proper breathing instructions (utilizing it properly), exposure factors. Completes all procedures scheduled during the shift without interference to the quality of work; coordinates schedule with other technologists to provide for a steady workflow. Performs related duties as required.
Required:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
Experience:
2 Years clinical experience in more than one modality.
Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
ARRT (R) and documentation of CT or MRI experience required, must obtain advance credential in CT or MRI within 1 year of employment. CT/MRI registry eligible.
ARRT CT/MRI
registry eligible required American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. SCRQSA license is required.
