Currently, our strongest relationships are with FSERs in the Frisco and Forney areas—so if you live nearby or are willing to drive a bit for a higher hourly rate, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a few skilled Radiology Technologists who are ready to handle both X-ray and CT in fast-paced FSER environments. We believe healthcare staffing can be fair, flexible, and highly profitable for imaging professionals. Job Responsibilities Perform Diagnostic Imaging:

Safely and accurately operate diagnostic imaging equipment.

Patient Care & Preparation:

Prepare and guide patients through the imaging process, explaining procedures, answering questions, and assisting with physical positioning to ensure both patient comfort and optimal image quality.

Radiation Safety & Protection:

Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles, utilizing proper lead shielding and collimation to minimize exposure to patients, self, and staff.

Clinical Documentation:

Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant patient electronic health records (EHR) and document procedural notes accurately.

Collaboration:

Work seamlessly alongside physicians, nurses, and medical staff to facilitate urgent diagnostic needs and smooth local patient flow.

Position Requirements & Qualifications Education:

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology (Associate degree or higher).

Certification:

Current registration/certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) .

Licensure:

Active state-issued Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license in good standing.

Life Support:

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Clinical Experience:

Proven competency and hands-on experience independently operating both X-ray and CT equipment in a fast-paced or emergency setting (FSER experience is a huge plus).

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand for prolonged periods and safely assist with patient mobility and positioning (ability to lift up to 50 lbs).

Pay:

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
