We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join our busy outpatient imaging clinic. This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on quality care, efficiency, and patient experience.

Duties Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT scans following physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients for CT exams, explain procedures, administer IV and oral contrast, select appropriate scanning techniques and ensure technical quality of the scan Start IVs and maintain patient safety throughout procedures Encourage patients to comply with difficult techniques and empathize, counsel, and reassure patients who are nervous and apprehensive Work with department information system and PACS system Able to work independently and adapt to dynamic work volumes It is expected that all duties and responsibilities of this position be carried out in a manner that reflects the values of

Gulf Coast MRI Diagnostic Qualifications:

High School Diploma /GED Graduate from a two-year radiological technology program. Need to have Certificate, AAS, BS or MS in Radiologic Technology, etc. Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry-eligible CPR/BLS certification through either the Red Cross or the American Heart Association 2+ year CT experience is preferred Requires a moderate amount of physical activity working with equipment and maneuvering patients The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a demonstrated ability to work at fast pace Flexibility in scheduling Willingness to work at another clinic if needed Cross training in other modalities is a plus Familiarity with GE and Siemens is a plus
