New Graduates:

Accepted Key Responsibilities Perform radiology procedures according to established exam protocols Ensure high-quality imaging and maintain productivity standards Monitor radiation dose levels and take appropriate action when required Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET principles Explain procedures and assess patient readiness and tolerance Position patients accurately and operate imaging equipment Adhere to infection control, safety, and radiation protection protocols Apply sterile techniques where required and maintain hand hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and work areas Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for equipment maintenance Report equipment issues promptly to appropriate departments Assist in managing departmental supplies and inventory Key Competencies Ability to perform imaging procedures accurately and efficiently Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional and composed under pressure Knowledge of radiation safety standards Basic emergency response capability (first aid, emergency equipment use) Ability to work with diverse patient populations across all age groups Willingness to support training and onboarding of new staff Requirements ARRT (R) Certification required (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Texas state licensure or eligibility to obtain Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Additional Information Open to new graduates Competitive compensation based on experience Relocation support available Opportunity to work in a structured hospital environment with growth potential About Pyramid Consulting Supercharge your career with Pyramid Consulting.
