Job Description
StaffDNA is seeking a Permanent Allied Radiology Tech, Multi Modality to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities for diverse patient populations. In this on-site role, you'll coordinate and perform exams, ensure accurate imaging protocols, maintain strict radiation safety standards, and support efficient patient throughput. You'll collaborate with nurses, physicians, and travel clinicians while using modern digital tools to manage schedules, documentation, and image workflows in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging examinations across multiple modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI) following established protocols Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning while adhering to radiation safety and infection control standards Operate imaging equipment, monitor image quality, and troubleshoot basic technical issues Document procedures accurately in PACS/RIS and EMR systems, maintaining complete and compliant records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate exams and support care plans Manage exam schedules and workflow to support timely, efficient imaging services for a diverse patient population Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and post-exam care instructions as needed Participate in quality assurance activities and support continuous improvement of imaging practices Required Skills Diagnostic radiology imaging Multi-modality operation (X-ray/CT/MRI) Radiation safety and ALARA practices Patient positioning and care
