Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification in MRI from ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent Minimum of one year recent experience in MRI imaging in a hospital or outpatient setting BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail, patient-centered mindset, and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols Safely position and prepare patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, adhering to safety standards and operational protocols Accurately document patient information and imaging results in electronic medical records
