Hospital / Imaging Department Position Overview We are hiring MRI Technologists to join a high-volume hospital imaging team in Norfolk, VA. This opportunity is open to both experienced MRI professionals and qualified X-Ray Technologists interested in cross-training into MRI . This is an excellent opportunity to join an advanced imaging environment offering competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 . Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols Maintain MRI safety standards and MRI zone integrity Complete MRI safety screenings and evaluate implants/devices for compatibility Administer MRI contrast according to protocol Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging Educate and prepare patients for procedures Maintain accurate patient and imaging documentation Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or applicable imaging program ARRT certification required BLS (AHA) required
MRI Technologists:
ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification X-Ray Technologists with 1+ year of experience may be considered for MRI cross-training Cardiac MRI experience is a plus Why Apply?
