Hospital travel assignment in Randolph, VT Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients as part of diagnostic workups. Prepare patients, verify identity, obtain consent when required, and position them appropriately for CT examination. Operate CT scanner, select appropriate protocols, and adjust technical factors to optimize image quality while prioritizing patient safety. Administer and monitor contrast media as indicated by protocol; monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond in accordance with safety guidelines. Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety practices, document procedures, and communicate findings with radiologists and medical staff as needed.
