What you'll do You'll perform both routine and advanced MRI procedures while creating a safe, comfortable experience for patients. In this role, you'll: Perform high-quality MRI examinations across a variety of clinical indications Review patient history, prior studies, and physician orders to determine appropriate imaging protocols Operate MRI equipment and ensure optimal image quality Administer contrast and perform venipuncture as needed Follow ACR MRI safety standards and best practices Document exams accurately within PACS and RIS systems Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment Occasionally assist with CT-related duties based on department needs Compensation & Benefits Pay $50.16 - $75.29 per hour Additional $4.50 per hour night shift differential Compensation based on experience, education, and applicable union agreement Benefits PeaceHealth offers a comprehensive package designed to support your wellbeing and future, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions Generous paid time off Life and disability insurance Tuition assistance and continuing education reimbursement Wellness resources and mental health support programs What you'll bring Education Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or equivalent education and/or experience as required for obtaining certification/license/registration as required by State for clinical practice Experience MRI or radiology experience preferred Demonstrated venipuncture competency Knowledge of MRI anatomy, procedures, and imaging protocols Experience using PACS, RIS, and computerized imaging systems Certifications & Licensure ARRT (R), ARRT (MR), ARRT (S), CNMT, or ARMRIT certification upon hire ARRT (MR) required within 18 months of hire if not already obtained Washington State Radiologic Technologist license upon hire Current BLS certification Why Bellingham?
