Full Job Description Role:

Radiology Technologist responsible for performing high-quality radiographic and specialty imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate radiology equipment, ensuring patient safety and image quality. Position patients appropriately, evaluate images, and maintain proper documentation in electronic medical records. Follow radiation safety protocols, perform quality assurance, and maintain equipment. Provide patient education, promote patient-focused care, and communicate effectively with patients and staff. Assist with staff training, coordinate workflow, and support operational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program. Certified Radiologic Technologist (WA) and BLS certification required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in procedures, adherence to safety and infection control practices, and ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Preferred:

1+ year of diagnostic imaging experience.
