Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Mammography Technologist to join a leading healthcare team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will perform high-quality digital mammography exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and an exceptional care experience. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality digital mammograms in accordance with established protocols. Explain procedures and provide exceptional patient care throughout the exam process. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. Evaluate mammography images for technical quality and accuracy. Follow radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain mammography equipment and workspace cleanliness in compliance with infection control guidelines. Adapt to changing patient needs and departmental priorities. Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT certification. Board Certified in Mammography or Board Eligible (certification required within one year of hire). Active Washington State license or pending application. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care. Preferred Skills Professional and dependable demeanor. Excellent patient care and communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
