MRI Technologist

Hudson Imaging is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated part-time MRI Technologist to join our medical imaging team.

Essential Duties:

Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury. Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately scanned and providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, referring customers and other associates and peers Conforms to safety regulations to protect themselves, their patients, and coworkers

Requirements:

ARRT registered technologist MRI experience required Proficient IV experience Demonstrates strong communication skills with Radiologists, co-workers and patients Provides quality, compassionate patient care
