Key Qualifications:

Certification and training as a Radiologic Technologist or Cath Lab Tech Demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab procedures Proficient in utilizing and maintaining advanced imaging equipment and technology Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control procedures Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Current BLS certification; additional credentials preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate imaging and interventional equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Assist physicians during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in the Cath Lab and IR suites Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort Document procedures, patient responses, and supply usage in patient records accurately Maintain sterile technique and ensure the cleanliness of procedure rooms Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with biomedical teams as needed Adhere to all facility policies, including those related to radiation safety and patient confidentiality
