Door County Medical Center (DCMC) is seeking a patient-focused, mission-driven CT/X-Ray Technologist for our weekend program at our hospital in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an imaging professional who is comfortable working independently, collaborating with the care team, and serving patients of all ages using a variety of imaging equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT and X-ray examinations while maintaining high standards of image quality, patient care, and safety. Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages. Operate imaging equipment and related systems accurately and efficiently. Work with minimal supervision while providing essential technical support within the Diagnostic Imaging Department. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, providers, nurses, and other members of the care team. New graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with dual-modality certification are encouraged to apply, and on-the-job CT training may be available. A successful candidate's actual base rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Schedule:
Full time, 36 hours per week; 12-hour shifts from 7:00am t 7:00pm; Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Compensation:
Base rate aligned with experience, plus the Weekend Program Participant Incentive 20%; additional 10%- PM differential based on hours worked
Weekend Requirements:
Weekend program team members must work 50 of 52 weekends each year to remain eligible for program Paid Weekend(s)
Off:
Participants receive 6 vacation days per year.
Holidays:
Responsible for holiday coverage when a holiday falls on a regularly assigned workday. Relocation assistance is available.
