Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Step into a crucial imaging role where your expertise in MRI technology will directly impact patient care. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic schedule of three 12-hour shifts in a row: Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm, and Monday from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm. As an essential member of the imaging team, you will perform MRI procedures following radiologist-established protocols, utilizing advanced equipment such as the Philips Ingenia 1.5, Med Rad Spectris Solaris Injector, and EPIC charting systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
ARRT certification, BLS, and MR credentials required Minimum 5 years of experience in MRI; manager-approved minimum of 2 years for this position Proven capability in MRI scanning of both adult and pediatric patients Demonstrated experience with Philips MRI units and computerized documentation systems Must be able to work independently and adhere to rigorous magnet safety protocols Black scrubs are required for dress code Driver's license address must be outside a 50-mile radius from the facility COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered through formal request)
Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform high-quality MRI procedures for various patient populations Prep, screen, and ensure safety of patients and equipment in the magnet room Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff for accurate diagnostic imaging Maintain all procedural documentation using EPIC and
FUJI PACS
Assume full responsibility for the designated MRI suite
