Time Wellness is looking for motivated indivduals who have the willingness and patience to work with clients everyday and provide a fun and safe environment to provide activites to a population suffering from a wide range of Mental health disorders. Time Wellness and its team prides itself on working with a population that so many don't understand and take a fight everyday to to provide the best service to our clients. Below outlines

Job Duties:

Create and develop clinically based recreational activities for PHP and Residential clients of all programs. Schedule and facilitate clinically based recreational activities for PHP and Residential clients of all programs. Supports and encourages clients participating in recreational activities to enhance their recovery. Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment. Follows Infection guidelines at all times. Completes and forwards copy of Incident Reports and any other staff/risk issues immediately to director. Attend all Time Wellness staff meetings and attend all mandatory In-services. Provide a safe therapeutic environment for clients and staff. Monitor and observe client's behavior with documentation. Report any medical emergencies. Follow ethical guide lines in accordance with the state of Tennessee . Performs other duties assigned.
