Activities Director (part-time) We are looking for a part-time activities director to work 3 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays with future growth opportunities as we add more locations. This person assists in leading our activities with our wonderful residents. Responsibilities include assisting in creating the activity calendar for the month, gathering residents to participate in group activities, working with the community to schedule volunteers, performances, and events. The activities director plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere and bringing joy to our amazing residents. They also assist in monitoring residents for changes in behavior or ability, preparing snacks, and spending one-on-one time with residents who don't like to be in groups or cannot move due to medical issues. This position requires someone with an extremely positive and upbeat attitude who can spread love and joy and while also staying organized and executing a plan.
