Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Granite Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Prescott, Arizona . We are proud of our amazing team and beautiful building. Summary As the Activities Director, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of life for residents in long-term care settings. This role involves implementing engaging recreational programs tailored to the needs of seniors. This is a fun position and we are looking for someone with the right personality and a sense of ownership to take over this department! Qualifications Experience in long-term care and home & community care settings Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and families Knowledge of care plans and discharge planning processes Event planning and recreational therapy experience Familiarity with Alzheimer's and dementia care Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Background in caregiving and working with individuals with disabilities Interested?
