• Plan and coordinate a variety of activities and events for residents
• Manage activity schedules to ensure a diverse range of programs
• Provide support and assistance during activities to residents, including those with dementia
• Collaborate with caregiving staff to integrate activities into daily care routines
• Offer recreational therapy and engage residents in meaningful interactions
• Address aging issues through counseling and support services Qualifications
• Experience in event planning or recreational therapy is preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care and memory care practices is a plus
• Understanding of long-term care environments and the needs of seniors
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff
• Ability to adapt activities to meet varying needs and interests
