THE COMPANY

Social Vocational Services (SVS) has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California since 1977.

THE POSITION

We're looking for Creative Activities Coordinators - Community Inclusion Facilitator (CIF) - at our Fresno (Tower) program office. Supervise and monitor clients during daily activities (including, but not limited to: various art techniques, social skills building, recreation, volunteering) Provide transportation to and from program and community activities Assist with personal hygiene needs Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client's progress on goals and objectives Flexible to fill in for staff that are on vacation or leave of absence

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Flexible and Reliable Background in textile arts, pottery making, photo, painting, music or other artistic profession preferred Good driving record and valid California driver's license Post-job offer, must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test and drug screen First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide) Effective written and verbal communication
