Business Development Coordinator - Arts Education Creative Dance Kids | Denver, CO | Full-time, 40 hours per week | In person Creative Dance Kids is seeking an organized, relationship-driven Business Development Coordinator to prospect, grow and maintain school partnerships. Supporting responsibilities include working with CDK office staff to ensure program operations run smoothly and providing substitute classroom instruction of children's arts enrichment programming as needed. About Creative Dance Kids We are an after school arts enrichment organization that has partnered with schools and other youth organizations since 2004 throughout the Denver Front Range, Phoenix, Tucson and Dallas metro areas. About the role You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales pipeline, which include regular in person visits to prospective clients in the Denver Metro area.

9:00-5:00, Monday - Friday Starting compensation: $22 - $24 hourly based on experience and qualifications

Sick pay, PTO, mileage reimbursement, paid parking What you'll do Use Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Mindbody Online, Canva, LinkedIn, and AI tools Generate, identify and advance qualified opportunities Create opportunities that promote new partnerships Outreach to prospective and current school and community organizations via daily calls, emails, and in person visits to clients in the Denver metro area Build and maintain genuine relationships with existing clients Follow established processes, while collaborating with colleagues to identify and contribute to improvements Track business development activities and provide clear updates to company leadership Create and implement marketing strategies Prepare and update marketing materials and proposals Validate and update CRM database with accurate documentation Substitute teach children's arts enrichment classes when program coverage is needed Perform miscellaneous day-to-day duties which support the organization as a whole, as assigned Deliver and/or pickup program materials from clients as needed Attend networking events as needed Education/Experience Proficiency teaching children ages 3-13 dance and/or theater classes (•_
REQUIRED
)•_ High School diploma with at least 2 years' experience in an administrative role or a Bachelor's degree Become First Aid/CPR certified upon hiring Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, consulting, customer success, marketing, hospitality, events, or professional networking is helpful but not required You are/have Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative Willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills and are detail oriented, well-organized, and personable Confidence speaking in professional settings Strong networking, presentation, and follow-up skills Professional appearance and conduct Curious about education, business processes, program development, and how CDK can better serve our clients' needs Have reliable transportation Why Creative Dance Kids You will contribute directly to an arts-education organization that helps young people explore creativity, movement, confidence, and performance.
