Davis, Place , an independently owned nursing home in Danielson, CT is currently looking for Therapeutic Recreation Director to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Must have a Therapeutic Recreation Director certification Great personality and upbeat positive attitude. Capable of leading large and small group activities in a positive manner. Able to multi-task and accommodate department demands. Creativity and flexibility a plus while engaging residents to provide positive interactions. Is familiar with MDS, initial assessments and progress notes; maintaining documentation as required by State and Federal regulations. Transport residents who need assistance to and from activities.

Schedule:

Full time positions Day shift / Evening shift Every other weekend Some Holidays required
