Memory Care Director | Senior Living A premier senior living community in Hockessin, DE is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Memory Care Director to lead its dedicated Memory Care neighborhood. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dementia care and creating a supportive, engaging environment where residents can thrive. The Memory Care Director will oversee daily operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care and programming.

What You'll Do:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Memory Care neighborhood Supervise, coach, and support care and life enrichment team members Develop and oversee meaningful daily programs and activities tailored to residents living with dementia Collaborate with clinical, dining, and community leadership teams to ensure exceptional resident care Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families Maintain community standards and ensure compliance with applicable state regulations Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for residents and team members

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience working with individuals living with dementia Previous leadership or supervisory experience A genuine passion for memory care and enhancing the lives of older adults Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Valid driver's license for resident outings and community events

Preferred Qualifications:
