Newfield is seeking a passionate and highly organized Community Relations & Lifestyle Coordinator to support our vibrant, farm-centered community. Reporting directly to the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director, this role plays a vital part in delivering engaging lifestyle programming and ensuring every event is executed seamlessly. Position Overview The Community Relations & Lifestyle Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Newfield's annual lifestyle program. This individual works closely with the Director to implement events, manage logistics, communicate with residents, and ensure operational excellence. From farm-to-table dinners to trail walks and seasonal celebrations, you'll help create memorable moments that strengthen community connection and reflect Newfield's unique identity. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of lifestyle and marketing events. Manage event logistics, including vendor communication, registrations, ticketing, supply procurement, setup, breakdown, and on-site support. Maintain detailed event timelines, task lists, and follow-up documentation. Ensure event spaces are prepared according to Newfield brand standards and event specifications. Provide hands-on support during all events, including evenings and weekends as required. Resident Engagement & Communication Create communications, including event calendars, newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media content. Deploy and oversee surveys to gain resident feedback. Assist with collecting resident stories, photos, and testimonials. Respond to resident inquiries regarding programming and community events. Foster a welcoming, professional presence at all community gatherings. Administrative & Budget Support Assist in tracking event expenses and maintaining organized budget documentation. Process invoices, vendor payments, and maintain contract files. Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, community partnerships, and event archives. Support reporting and post-event evaluations. Vendor & Partnership Coordination Communicate with instructors, entertainers, local partners, and vendors to confirm details and requirements. Assist with contract preparation and ensure required documentation is collected. Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community partners. Operational Excellence Maintain inventory of event supplies and branded materials. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage and event areas. Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and event processes. Support additional special projects as assigned by the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or community programming preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Energetic, professional, and team-oriented attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools preferred Ability to lift 25 pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background and drug screen Must be able to commute to Palm City What Makes You a Great Fit You are proactive and solutions-oriented.
