A Life or Health Insurance Sales Agent sells life insurance or health insurance to customers, working on behalf of an insurance company or independent insurance agent or broker. Evaluates the insurance coverage needed by a customer and proposes insurance packages and prices. Life insurance agents may sell policies or annuities, and assist clients or beneficiaries with getting insurance claims processed. Health insurance agents may negotiate rates for employers, explain plans and benefits to employees, and help clients to file or resolve health insurance claims. Life and health insurance sales agents may earn commissions for sales.

Job Description
- Life & Health (215) license is required.
- At least one year of Medicare sales is preferred, but not required.
- We will train you in Medicare & sales as needed.
Compensation:
We pay an hourly base, plus bonus for sales. This is a full-time W-2 position with full-time benefits including health insurance.Responsibilities:
- We provide hands-on training from one of the top Medicare Agents in the country. You will receive initial training followed by ongoing training in sales and product knowledge. Our client centered approach has resulted in an 50% to 80% closing ratio, depending on the agent.
- Answer inbound calls and emails. Convert interested callers into clients. We help people with their Medicare decisions in 49-states from our local office.
- Always keep the customer's best interest in mind.
- Educate and advise prospects so they may make an informed decision about their Medicare.
