Job Summary The Corporate Lifestyle & Engagement Coordinator provides corporate support and creative guidance to Lifestyle Directors across Signature One communities, helping strengthen lifestyle programming, resident engagement, event promotion, and communications. The Coordinator reviews event calendars, recommends programs and engagement opportunities, shares best practices, and supports the development and promotion of community experiences. The position also partners with the Corporate Director of Team Experience and Corporate Director of Communications on new associate orientation, associate engagement, corporate events, communications, and special projects. This is a collaborative corporate support role with no direct supervisory responsibility for community Lifestyle staff. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a corporate resource and support partner to Lifestyle Directors across Signature One communities. Review community lifestyle calendars and provide recommendations to ensure a diverse, engaging, and well-balanced schedule of social, recreational, wellness, cultural, educational, seasonal, and special events. Research and recommend new programs, activities, entertainment, instructors, vendors, and lifestyle trends that may benefit individual communities. Share successful programming ideas, resources, and best practices across communities. Identify opportunities to increase resident participation, engagement, and satisfaction. Provide creative recommendations regarding event frequency, variety, timing, target audiences, and resident engagement strategies. Support Lifestyle Directors in developing programs that reflect the interests and demographics of their communities. Assist with developing corporate lifestyle resources, templates, planning tools, and event materials. Partner with the Corporate Director of Communications and community Lifestyle Directors to promote events, programs, and lifestyle experiences. Assist with event promotional materials, newsletters, social media content, digital communications, flyers, and other marketing materials. Partner with the Corporate Director of Team Experience on associate engagement initiatives and reinforcing the Signature Service culture training. Assist with new associate orientation, including presentations, materials, activities, communications, and event logistics. Support corporate associate events, recognition activities, celebrations, and other Team Experience initiatives. Travel between Signature One communities as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience working with residential communities, hospitality organizations, country clubs, or lifestyle programs preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with community and corporate teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Canva, social media, email marketing, or resident communication platforms preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, as well as stand and walk for extended periods during community and corporate events. The individual must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, work indoors and travel between Signature One communities as needed. Work Environment The position is primarily based in the corporate office with some travel to Signature One communities. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring flexibility, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
