  • Job Summary -
Activities Director:
  • We're seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Activities Director to lead daily planned activities for our residents. If you're someone who values creativity, enjoys music and the arts, and can organize engaging activities, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll receive support from our Activities Assistant.
  • Responsibilities:
  • As an Activities Director, your responsibilities will include: Implement the activities program.
Creating a recuring and exciting activities schedule Leading one-on-one activities for bed-bound residents. Assisting residents with distributing and engaging in craft activities. Completing necessary forms, reports, and progress notes accurately. Identifying and addressing residents' spiritual, social, recreational, and emotional needs through routine interactions.
  • Requirements:
  • To succeed as an Activities Director, you should have: State approved Activities Director, completed the 36-hour training course A warm and caring personality. Strong teamwork skills. Experience working with the elderly population. CNA experience is welcome
