RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Labyrinth is responsible for overseeing the program's daily operations, finances, and personnel. This position will be the community liaison between the YWCA and community and correctional facilities partners needed to successfully implement the program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§ H.S Diploma/GED required. § Bachelor's degree or at least two years' experience in a supervisory or managerial position preferred. § Previous experience in program administration and development, budgeting and personnel management experience preferred. § Proficiency in English required. § Good verbal and written communication skills required. § Proficiency in at least one other language helpful. § Attend and successfully complete all required training, including WRAP programming § Must be background cleared by Illinois Department of Corrections to enter correctional centers. § Complete Stepping Stones 40-hour trauma-informed training. § Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication and confidentiality. § Self-starter and ability to work independently. § Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet. § Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. § Must have a valid driver's license and is insurable by agency insurance company. § Must be available to start work on October 01, 2026.

WORK HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday; may require some weekend and evening hours.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
