Role:

As an Activity Director at Effingham Healthcare & Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing activities that promote socialization, recreation, and overall wellness among our residents. This is a full-time position that requires a passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that activities align with individualized care plans Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and vendors to enhance programming Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and preferences Monitor and track activity programs to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
