Activity Director / Activities Director (AD) Integrity Healthcare of Herrin is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Activity Director at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Herrin, Illinois implement a therapeutic Activity plan according to resident need, as prescribed by the physician. This position will report directly to the Administrator.

The ideal candidate:

Will preferably have experience working in healthcare as a certified AD with an elderly, skilled population and working knowledge of IDPH and Medicaid regulations, however not required if quick learning capabilities exist. Should have a desire to make improve the quality of life for the aged population we serve. Moderate to advanced computer skills required. High School Diploma required State Certified Activity Director 36 hour course is required within 180 days of hire for those who do not currently have it completed or have a current CTRS, OTR/L, LSW, or LSCW. Pay is commensurate upon experience and education. #IND1
