Greencroft Communities Pay Range:

73 per hour Golden Years Homestead is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to help create engaging and purposeful experiences for residents in our assisted living community. In this role, you will assist with organizing activities, encouraging resident involvement, and supporting programs that promote connection, wellness, and quality of life.
Schedule:
Full-time position, mostly 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on scheduled activities and community events.
Working alongside the Director of Life Enrichment, you'll help coordinate day-to-day programming, contribute fresh ideas, and provide hands-on support for events and resident activities. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities Support the development and facilitation of resident activities, events, and group programs Assist with preparing and updating monthly activity schedules Foster resident participation by building positive relationships and encouraging engagement Help maintain required documentation and compliance records Organize activity materials, supplies, and common areas used for programming Partner with care team members to support residents' individual interests and needs Contribute creative ideas to enhance resident experiences and community involvement Qualifications Interest in serving older adults within an assisted living environment Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating with a team Basic computer proficiency Valid driver's license required Previous experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or activity programming is a plus What We Offer Rewarding work that positively impacts residents each day Welcoming and team-oriented environment Opportunities to use creativity and build meaningful connections Stable employment within a mission-driven community organization
