Boston University's Department of Biology seeks an Office Coordinator to act as the primary and first point of contact for visitors to its main administrative office. There are two overarching components to this position: Handling inquiries, including phone calls, emails, web submissions to the Biology Department main office according to department priorities and protocol. Providing administrative support for Biology's large teaching and research operations particularly its undergraduate program. The incumbent will assist visitors with inquiries, provide administrative support by either directly addressing or directing those to other Biology staff, faculty and/or central units.
