265 Main St Dalton, MA Full-Time Monday-Friday Craneville Place Nursing & Rehab Center is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Activities Director to lead a vibrant recreation program that enriches the lives of our residents. If you enjoy planning events, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact, we\'d love to hear from you.Job Duties:
- Design and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, educational, and social activities
- Create programs that reflect each resident\'s interests, abilities, and goals
- Organize special events, celebrations, community outings, and entertainment
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the activities team while coordinating volunteers
- Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to promote resident well-being
- Ensure department documentation and programming meet all applicable regulatory requirements
- Jump in and actively participate in activities to create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere
Job Requirements:
- Activities Director Certification (ADC) is preferred
- Experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills
