Activity programs to carry out the social, psychological and entertainment objectives of Robbie's Place, a setting that supports the psychological and psychiatric therapeutic needs of its residents. These duties reflect the therapeutic care of each resident, as outlined in the resident's Individualized Service Plan. Maximize the benefits of social, spiritual, emotional, cognitive, intellectual and physical well-being of Robbie's Place residents. Robbie's Place is a specialized assisted living program that supports residents with histories of mental health challenges.

• Organize and direct a program of activities which will provide entertainment, socialization, inter-communication, exercise, relaxation and the opportunities to express creative talent and fulfill basic psychological, social and spiritual needs.
• Responsible for coordinating entertainers, art programs, book club, parties, family events, pet therapy and inter-generational groups, such as visits by Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, baking.
• Encourage individual resident hobbies; crafts. Instruct and supervise residents.
• Leads physical exercise daily, including exercise and walking programs.
