Responsibilities of Activities Director:

Plan and oversee recreational events and programs that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences Create and lead activities like arts and crafts, music, dance, and sports to develop our residents' social skills and promote active healthy lifestyles. Design activities programs and training Supervise and manage the Activities staff Oversee accurate and comprehensive documentation, including completion of the department's assigned sections of the MDS assessments. Create, monitor, and revise resident care plans. Qualifications for

Activities Director:

High school diploma or equivalent; Must be a Certified Acitivities Professional by NCCAP or similar; Previous experience in Recreational Planning and Development in a health care setting A genuine interest in working closely with the geriatric population and their families Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage others Ability to quickly adapt and shift departmental resources Join us as Activities Director today!
