What You'll Do Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to resident needs Facilitate individual and group activities across varied functional levels Complete assessments, care plans, progress notes, and MDS documentation Coordinate special events, community outings, and volunteer involvement Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families Support residents' spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs in both group and individual settings What You Bring CTRS, MMT, or AT credential RAC certification and good standing (required if not CTRS, MMT, or AT) Minimum of 1 year experience in an Activities Department within a healthcare setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Excellent attendance and reliability Benefits 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) with 401(k) matching Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Cell Phone Discounts Tuition Reimbursement — further your career with our support Why Atrium Centers Atrium Centers…Be a light…to all residents, their families, and team members.
